Only good quality caulk will do the trick. Im just sayin....

Try all of them

ALL 3! WEE!

numba three [3]

.

I'm ready to fill it with #3!

how about some wood oil

Nails

Use WD 40 on it, I'm not kidding, spray some wd-40 on it!

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT KIND OF FLOOR IT IS IF its hard wood you would use wood filler if its laminate i would say depending on the color get soap would probly work the best

a little bit of caulking shouldn't hurt

Call a plumber

that happens alot, esp.with hardwood floors.i would say a permanent fix would be caulk it up.baby powder and soap are only a temporary fix!

I've never heard of using anything but calk to fix a crack in the floor.

How about some caulking for that as s crack of yours that is showing, hmmm?

Anyway Use Caulk

If you need your crack filled just ask a friend to help.

I love that crack.

Poly filler is a good one....................

Depends on what the floor is made of:

wood -> liquid nails
tile -> some variety of cement
concrete -> a concrete appropriate epoxy

Soap and powder are short term solutions that might make the problem worse later on.

try all of it, or just throw a rug over it

2 & 3 are the best my BIL has advised me this as he is a builder

If you can get to the underside of the floor, you can put in a shim to stop the board from moving and squeaking.

Of your choices, caulk won't work. Soap would probably work for the longest time.

Try using nails

O.O ........

why are u askin this in P&S?

ohhhmygosh
I am really having a difficult time answering this without being naughty
I should quit before I get in trouble
I would put powder on a crack like that anytime
(your floor I meant)

Use talcum powder.

put up a "please be aware of squeeky floor" sign next to your crack!

like Mr.Big Stuff said, caulk is best! IMHO LOL

Let's start on what type of floor have, is it carpet or tile or wood. If carpet, remove it and re-nail the wood underneath to stop the squeak.

If tile same can be done but more expensive.

If wood, use baby powder.
