Question: Let's say 75 g here and there. Now regular gifts or money does not impress me. If someone were to give me a couple 100 bucks before i would be happy. If it was a couple 1000 i would be kind of happy. Now when someone gives me a 100 bucks i roll my eyes and act like its nothing. Someone would probably have to make out a check for at least 70,000 to impress me now. Whats wrong with me? Had too much handed to me?

Oh dear :( If some one gave you 100 or even 1000, you should just be very very grateful, it's quite rare to be given money just like that, maybe not rare by family members, but that's their money that they are giving to you as a gift and as for regular gifts too, it's the thought that counts in both situations! Just be grateful for what you have and what you are offered!

I make 78 a year and love it when people give me money. It just means I can use it for my coffee, news papers, ect and I don't have to dig into my hard earned money for petty things!

In order to be impressed by it at that income level, you should put it into different terms: how much does it normally take for you to earn $100? How much time does it waste for someone to give you $100? Unless they are making you go out to lunch with them to get it, you're probably getting an awesome deal. Since you make about $36 an hour before taxes (working 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year), keep that in mind!
