For the same reason that people drink coffee in the morning.
i started doing that. i stopped drinking all soda and energy drinks so tea is better for you to drink then those. i get bored of coffee so i alternate tea and coffee for my caffine fix. i use to be a heavy mountain dew drinker and i was known to drink alot of moster and amp.. i went on and off for a month now. but ive given it up completely now for a week. plus giving up soda is a good way to lose weight.

I drink lemon juice in hot water (no sugar), beacuse its something a friend of mine told me is good for you and I like it.
I used to drink milk tea but i switched to the lemon water.
I drink it because i've gotten used to it.

for me i don't like coffee so i drink tea to get started it gives me an energy boost =0)
To wake them up and give the a bust of energy and it's better than coffee and it doesn't smell as bad.
