When I'm upset, i used to have a smoke, but now its been 2 days, since iv stopped,,i was a little upset today,,,so now i clean the house & do the shopping,,, then im ok...

yer i do but if some one is doing it to me i just do it back but instead of getting that feeling i just laugh inside.

Actually... I don't hate it. If I have hurt someone, do I not deserve that horrible feeling and the regret? For me, being punished like that is what will lead to me being able to forgive myself. Then I'll try to earn the forgiveness of the person I hurt too, if I deserve it. If not, then I'll accept that as my punishment, too. The lasting regret though is that I can't erase the hurt I dealt them, no matter how much forgiveness I receive.
I do, I really hate been mean to anyone.
Only if the person didn't really deserve it. I generally don't feel much remorse over being mean if the person deserved it.

I hate it too hun. i really do. But sometimes people deserve it you know. So if thats the case i don't feel bad, but sometimes we take things out on people even if its not their fault, and only then do i feel terribly guilty for stealing their energy. xx
