(I think for some reason, guys with really tan/light brown skin look good with this, and when the sleeves have cuffs on 'em and are short sleeves... :D)

Guys and Popped Collars can look funny at times unless they have a nice amount of necik to go with it.But i wouldnt suggest a man with a short neck where a collar popped.

if they look really casual and amybe have their sleeves rolled up i think it is okay...but if they are trying to look cool then BLECH
