Question: If you're mad at somebody and you know it would probably bother them more if you just blew them off and didn't talk to them, do you ignore them, or do you HAVE to say something?

Depends who I'm mad at. I can be stubborn and not talk to someone for weeks, but mostly I hate petty crap and let it go, I like to keep my friends so I usually tell them if something pi-sses me off.
