They thumbs down every answer, then go back to the question to get any they missed.

Sounds like a new breed of troll, doesn't it? I've had so many well thought out answers and wound up getting like 1 or 2 thumbs up for them and only 1 thumbs down.
I think whoever has been doing it is just having a bad day. That's what I like to think, anyways. I give a thumbs up if I like an answer. If I don't, I don't rate the person at all! It's much nicer that way and if someone sees a thumbs down, they may give others a thumbs down later on that day.
