Why do you get a head ache?!

Question: I get a headache when I put my hair into a ponytail, I know it is because it might be too tight (i have had tighter ones than today). But it's not my skin or hair follicle that hurts, my brain hurts ..........argh why?

same thing, when I use a new pony tail holder man my head can hurt! but also sometimes when the girls I cheer coach get a little roudy and dont like to listen it will get to me, or the lights at work above the computers can get to ya!! sometimes I want to just turn off the lights, but cant do that :( haha

You get headachs becuase you have blood going to your brain slowing down and some what like a blood clok. Dont worry not deadly ^^ but one way you get it by the ponytail, you have your hair so tight your cutting of r slowing the cirulation and causing the headach
