Yes, I try my hardest to advice in a way that makes making a desicion easier for the asker. I hope so anyway. All answers arent for everyone on here, but thats the beauty of this place that you get so many different answers from all over the place.
Depends on the question. Sometimes I think I do and other times people just irritate me and I give them advice on how stupid they are. So, I guess that answer is debatable.
