What is your ritual with lotion?!

Question: Do you use it after you shower? before bed? during the day? only apply it to dry areas?

After my shower to my back and the backs of my arms......only in winter, 'cause that's when I get dry skin.

Someone else does it for me.

yeah, i also apply lotion after showering and before bed; at times i apply lotion on my face....lol

After shower in the morning..
Then I re-smear it at 1 or 2 pm..
After shower in the afternoon..
Before to bed..

I use it on my face after I shave every morning.

I alternate between Biotherm with Vitamin E and pure Aloe.
