As dwm said, did you see the thumbs downs she got? that's the answer to your question right there.
but i'm gonna answer it aswell anyway lol: no you don't need mascara cos it's a small pic and it doesn't mean much. Also, i think that people with natural beauty (both in appearance and inside) don't need to make such a big fuss with enhancing their looks with makeup! so ignore what that girl said - she's just being mean (she might be doing it without meaning to be mean but that's how it comes across)
Haha I;m sorry but she sound slike the biggest *****. First off, you can't even SEE that far into your picture. And second, it doesn;t look like she has any mascara on at all. And you're gorgeous, screw her.
