Everyone has different taste in music. That's the reason why ipods were invented.
Take her some cotton balls & tell her to put them in her ears .
She probably won't ever "appreciate" your music. I suggest you don't [push it , or, as another poster stated, get headphones.
Buy her a nice pair of earplugs.....might pick up some head phones for yourself, maybe.
You should be considerate of others and use headphones...

just keep saying "what?, can't hear ya.. music's on.." when she talks to you, and keep asking her raise her voice over your music, Hopefully, she'll just give up from that point on...

Make a deal with her, you listen to her music in the mornings and she has to listen to yours in the afternoon.
That way you it least both can be happy for part of the day.
