cant say. Id probably use the toilet seat paper. you know the one you put on the toilet seat before sitting down. but thats why i always check wheres the toilet paper
i used the cardbord roll once. hey, it was a LONG time ago but trust me: its not a good idea.
thank goodness that has never happened but if it would I'd have no other option but to use some kleenex from the box in the restroom and hope for the best
