Yes, and I am exercising then eating one very small meal a day.

Today is my first day and I am just planning on eating no junk. Three normal meals...no dessert, snacks, fried etc etc

i go back to school next week, so i am planning to start going to the gym again

Not lose it but tone more!!!

HAHAHA you made me laugh...i tried GAINING wieght over the holidays and i failed...i am 96 pounds...lol....

i'm just trying to loose a few lbs in general. i'm eating 6 small meals throughout the day. so far (day 2) so good. i just want to tone up really, so i'm exercising for an hour each day too.

I'm doing the P90X workouts. They're so intense that its hard not to lose weight on this one.

I'm still losing the weight I gained through my 20s. I've lost 15 lb in 2 months.

I'm following my own diet. Yes, it works. It's more about what you eat. I'm having a hard time getting off the chocolate.

i'm very lucky because i can eat how much i want because i don't get fat, and i also lose weight fast. Thank God!

I'm still working on the Holiday weight from 2 years ago! I tried calling it left over pregnancy weight, but the "baby" is 20 now so I had to come up with something else.
Why is it when I lose these 20 pounds, they are a lot easier to find again than anything else I've ever lost.

I actually lost weight.

Made it a goal to stay in shape during the holidays.

I am eating six small meals,drinking a lot of water than ever,particularly starting this year,doin some 400 skips, and swimming.
I have lost some 10 good pounds in 4.5 weeks!
I feel great!!
I have also avoided junk foods successfully!
More importantly,Have become a VEGAN!

I am not trying cause i dont need to!
here are some tips:
DO NOT only eat one meal a day! that makes you gain weight! Eat healthier. For example:
Breakfast- eggs, turkey bacon or a smoothie or oatmeal or toasted Ezekiel bread.Stay away from sugared cereals.
Lunch- a chicken salad or a boca burger on whole wheat bread.
Dinner- fish (not fried) and rice or beans and beets.
Snacks- nuts, carrot sticks, any type of fruit.
I eat like this all the time because my mom is a health nut! Also, only eat until your full. Do not stuff yourself. SODA IS THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF WEIGHT!!!!! Stay away from soda for good!
I would suggest taking it slow on the workout for a little. Maybe start walking around more and once you can move better, join a gym! take the staires insted of elevator...
Water, water, water, water, water, WATER!!!! Drink a lot of water!

I'm following the diet where you quit eating cookies for about 11 months.

Yes, i am still trying to get that weight off. But succeeding!
Wake up every morning to a womens vitamin and a glass of water along with a Zantrax 3, do at least 50 reps of sit ups (marine style) and some jump rope.
Go about my day avoiding SEVERE fatty foods like fast foods or junk food. But trying to fit in as many fruits and vegetables.
at night, I eat, give myself some time to digest then I do my sit ups and another exercise of my choice.
It's working very well for me and I notice I have more energy.

the only thing that works for me is going to the gym for 2 hours twice a week. If I go on a diet I just end up giving up after a couple of days-I have no self control! lol. Seriously though, before I went on holiday in the Summer I lost 1 and a half stone in 3 months, just by going to the gym, which I thought was pretty good! x

Me...have lost 9 kgs during 2007..now 70 kgs....wana lot another one or two ..and I 5 feet 10 inches...AND 37 YEARS OLD.

Am on planned diet and it's working.

I wish, just getting around to it........haven't had a drink since the weekend and that seems to be working.......
