It's the violations that seem to have a titilating affect on their behavior and it is ever increasing daily . Check out the story link below . Talk about a violation , how about this one , lol the nerve eh ?
They also told us it would be gone by 2008. It's still here.

Sometimes it may be easier to tell you what's RIGHT with 360! Yes, it's entirely possible a generous helping of violations may be forthcoming.
Yahoo 360 has only one flaw: it exists.
There are multiple problems with Yahoo!360 according to all the posts in the Yahoo!360 groups.
It has been recorded that the 360 Team will no longer be fixing any of the problems. At the top of your 360 page, click on Yahoo!360 News and read their Blog entries for details.
I personally have never had any problems with it! Now that I said this I probably will though!
