Too painful for words. A man can understand a little of what it feels like...if he gets kidney stones....that pain is pretty close.

Really painful, it hurts so bad, it stretches beyond imagination, sometimes it stretches to far your skin rips, imagine your skin being torn apart, and the horrible cramp

I've heard it was like taking your bottom lip and stretching it all the way to the back of your head. Of course men will never feel that pain, that's why they get to deal with all the pregnant lady's hormones and food cravings and emotions and whatnot.
well i had a c section but the contractions were horrible, the epidural was painful and afterwards i couldn't walk and was constipated for almost a week.

unless you have an epideral you will be wishing for death- yes it hurts that much and no men will never have a clue.

well think about it, 9 months of discomfort (although you don't have pms), the labor pains which can last hours is usually excruciating, and then the actual birth is not pretty to watch.
Not as bad as getting kicked in the cobbles. Trust me. A friend of mine said that childbirth was worse, so I asked her if she was going to have any more kids. She said yes. So I said, it must not be too painful, because I'm not going to get kicked in the stones again.
