BEING IGNORED! Nothing gets me more upset. I mean really? What are they THERE for if they are not helping you?

Uh-huh. Exactly. Trust me, the costumer service people are NOT pretty decor. They are supposed to assist you and make friendly with you so you can come back to the store, not ignore you like a grain of salt on their mandels....XD

Indifference, although I had excellent service from one lady at Wal Mart...!!!

When I call a help center & I can't understand a thing they are saying because english is 2nd or 3rd language....

Rude employees are bad, but DUMB employees are worse.

Calling the company and the customer service is in India or China. What about Americans doing these jobs????

The apathy of the salespeople. They don't care if they help you or not. I had one tell me that he did not make a comission, therefore was unmotivated! If you are interested, it was at Dicks Sporting Goods.

The Yahoo Customer Service phone number is useless; you keep getting this "If you're calling about this, press one; if you're calling about that, press two; if..." and, when you jump through all the hoops, they basically tell you that if you're calling about Yahoo Answers then go away because it's a free service and they're not there to help us.

A waste of time and money because, now that I think of it, I don't think it was a toll-free number. I think I paid long distance charges to basically be told to "eff" myself.

Not saying 'hi' to you when they first help you.

Going thru 9 different automated messages before you can actually talk to a human being!
