Question: yeah today, a customer prepaid his evaluation and then the tech took it off his jub yesterday so i thought his invoice was wrong, called him to tell him he still owed, he got mad called me a liar then i got mad and he hung up on me, then i had to have my boss call and apologize and i wrote a letter of apology and sent him a coupon, i felt like an @ss!!
