Those binder clips........Hold you eyelids open then use the clip to secure your eyelids to your brow.....

Staples would hurt, try drawing little eyes on some post its. Then cover up your eyes and take a snooze.
Scotch tape. Or duct tape if you are really, really sleepy...
paperclips and thumbtacks thru the post it notes stuck to your eyebrows and staple them on to make sure they dont come loose
Stapler - apply to eyelids. Apply to sensitive areas for added alertness.

I would use glue.
Does a drinks machine count as an office supply? If so Coffee works.
Failing that, tape, staples etc etc like everyone else suggested.
You could employ the office secretary for this - if she's willing.
Try using duct tape. but then you might be missing your eyebrows.
