What kind of toothpaste, mouthwash do you use and why?!
Question: I've been switched over for a year now to Tom's of Maine toothpaste and mouthwash for the main reason they use all natural products, no artificial sweeteners, dyes, etc , they do not test on animals and they use recycled material for their tubes, bottles, etc.

Tom's may be natural, but they use sodium laurel sulfate, which is bad. I use Jason's. I suffered from canker sore's all my life, but now haven't had one since I switched. It's been a year now.
I use whatever is on sale.
I bought Colgate last weekend cuz it was on sale and we use Listerine mouth wash =)
Listerine toothpaste and Listerine mouthwash. I use them both because they make my mouth numb. That, to me, means it's working. I love it.
I have to use children's aquafresh because the others are too strong! lol
Colgate and Colgate Plax .. better don't make my gums sore !
