I love playing with water balloons. I have never played musical chairs with water balloons though. I don't have that much experience with water balloons because there is snow on the ground most of the time where I live.
Getting hit with a frozen water balloon would hurt. Ha ha !!!

I love to play with water balloons on a hot summer day, only because you get to throw them at someone when you wanna get out your anger or you just want to have a cool off and be all "cool" and not hot.
