I'd say News and Events. Most of the sports sections can also be pretty ruthless.
I see a lot have nominated Religion & Spirituality. I've never visited that section but from my own experience, some religious people can be mean face to face. So it wouldn't suprise me if it's the same here on Yahoo.

The religion and politics sections ae the two meanest sections of them all. The sports section can be pretty nasty as well.
