Nebraska ribeye, grilled medium rare, sizzling, along side a baked potato with butter and sour cream and a salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cukes, and black olives, with oil, vinegar and oregano!

Medium-well steak grilled in the back yard with a side of grilled shrimp and potato salad!

Wonder if he has ever eatin kitty cooked to perfection..?Its a bit spicy but makes the pallet just dance around after a lick..makes you come back for more..Once you have eatin kitty there is always wanting to come back for seconds..Course there always an abundance of tough old squirrels running rampant in the back yard.. they are a bit tough but stewing them for a while always makes em tender.
