age 13? i know A LOT of boys/girls that are really immature at the age of 13. personal experience of my own, 13 year olds are just immature KIDS who think being young can cut them slack.

Some young men are quite fragile. The guy probably likes you but doesn’t know what to do or say. Moreover, he may not want his friends to know that he likes you. You’ll probably get revenge (if that’s what you really want) by doing nothing. After all, he threw the slush and every guy on the bus now knows that he likes you. What that means is that every guy is going to notice you from this day forward. Now that you have everyone’s attention, he will be pressured into liking you before someone else steals his opportunity. By the way, my best friend met his wife by throwing a chunk of ice at her head. He was young and it was the only thing he could do to get her attention. But it worked!
