Question: if you could which of these would you use to get you out of a really sticky situation
Apparition-- spell used to disappear from one place and appear almost instantly in another
Oblivate-- modifies or erases someones memory
Evanesco-- makes something vanish (not just become invisible but go away completly)
Confundus charm-- causes confusion
Cheering charm-- a charm that cheers a person up and makes them happy
just a little fun for all you bored muggles

Depends on the stickiness of the situation but either Apparition or Obivate.
Obivate seems more fun though.

Oblivate. Cos even if you could apparate away, or make the other person vanish, or temporarily confuse them, they're going to catch up with you later at some point and you'll be back in the situation again. If they're memory is wiped, however, you shouldn't have to face it again.

Let's go with the oblivate....and maybe this makes me a candidate for Slytherin House, but not only would I use it to get out of sticky situations, but I would have a hard time resisting the urge to use it to screw with people I didn't like.......hey, come to think of it, I could make a certain witch I know forget we....uh, she ever had a wedding day.

Cheering Charm, I wouldn't want to hurt anyone and if they were happy they might not want to harm me.
If i used apparation i might get splinched so not that.
confundus might be good harry uses it at gringotts, yeah i think that would be good.
