Most annoying: Bark or Meow?!

A cat in heat's Meow is bad but I had a Beagle for about a year and it would just howl all night long for hours and I would have to say that was the most annoying thing ever.

I liked both of it in daytime... Because I love animals... ^_^
But somehow a bark is more annoying during midnight... Reminds me of my neighbor's dog... A cat's meow is not so loud to me...

barking...especially when its real quiet and all of the sudden the dog starts barking real loud and it scares the hell out of me

according to me.. its the bark.. moreover.. the singing soung of the dogs during the night time is the most annoying thing...
