lol... i have never heard that... i dont think Hell Tickets will cost money... who would pay to go there... lol i think you could say for a ticket to heaven.... Hell should always be free..
I know you didn't say this so the following rant is in no way directed toward you, but....
Why do people say things like this? Hell is a very real place that once you go there, there is no way out of. I am not going and I don't want anyone else to go. Jesus saves.
