Question: Yes! I'll eat crackers mid-morning to regulate the blood sugar, but I usually don't eat any breakfast in the morning. I'm just not ready for something that early BUT I do love a good bowl of Lucky Charms at night before bed! I'm not sure if it's because I like cereal at night or if it's because, subconsciously, it brings back such happy memories of being at my grandmother's house when I was young. She used to give us breakfast food as a snack before bed, whether it was scrambled eggs, or cereal and juice or even just toast and hot chocolate. Those were the good ol' days!!!

I only eat breakfest at night bc I think it tastes better I dont know why. and I know it makes no sense but thats what I perfer. I like chicken noodle soup for breakfest. oh well different strokes for different folks.
