I find kissing in the dark more exciting. When it's raining, I can't focus on the kiss, because it feels like I'm being kissed all over anyway. In the dark, however, you can't see anything, so your mind is more focused on other senses, like touch. Much more erotic, in my opinion.

both have a sense of romanticism attached to them. in the rain is more of a spontaneous act and the "in the dark" has a sense of mystery because you can't tell who is on the other side kissing you. i like both.
