To be honest, I haven't made one. I usually never make one, because I know I'll break it. So it saves me the guilt trip of kissing it goodbye. : )

I kissed no junk food goodbye long long even before I got around to doing it.

To be more confident. I kissed that one goodbye after I was threatened on the school bus.

Lol! It's not that I have kissed my New Year's resolutions goodbye, I just haven't started them yet!

I| quit smoking, still haven't had one but could kill for one at the moment!!!
