I think she might really be sick she needs to get some help before she can worry about seeing her kids. Staying out of the spot light should then be her next step.

I think she is so mentally ill that she probably doesn't have a clue what she wants. As for what she should do: NOTHING!
HER FAMILY should get a court order to institutionalize her for her own safety.
she does but she is still young and in many ways immature...she is still basically a teen...do you really think a teen would want the burden of taking care of children? Not really...but she still wants to be around them...
all she needs is a little help to get back on the right path...
I think she's so mentally ill that she doesn't know what she wants. I think it's irresponsible of medical personnel to let her carry on like this. She should be confined under in-patient care and kept there for a few months... she can afford it and she needs a break and some medication to get her mind straight.
not do anything, stay low. no she doesn't it will make her look bad if she says she doesn't.
