Why can you not find something when you really need it?!
Question: My boss bought me a bottle of wine for Christmas. Now when I finally fancy drinking it the bottle opener that I see every single day has disappeared! Does this happen to you?

Ha ha! If you didn't want it you wouldn't be looking for it would you, so you wouldn't notice that you can't find it lol! It does happen to me all the time though..

I'd just get a plastic bowl, stick it in the sink, whack the bottle of wine on the side of the sink and let the wine run into the bowl. then strain the wine to get any leftover glass out... and enjoy!

Yeh I reckon...Make sure you look in the last place you'd think you'd think to find it. That seems to work...
this happens daily in my household, usually my husband with everything possible, its unreal, you can guarantee he'll pull the house apart daily. The other day I spent 2 hours looking for a log book, and my glasses which I had the night before. Yeah it happens to me lol

this just happened to me 5 minutes ago... pissssssing me the fcuk off
when i can't find something, i just improvise even if very crudely. If the damn can opener doesn't want to come out that's fine i still have a gun and i can blast the top off the bottle or use a hammer or just dig all the cork out with a knife. also when i DO find the hiding item, I kill it for betraying me. damn bottle opener doesn't want to open bottle's? then it has no purpose and deserves to be destroyed. more ways to make use of the gun and hammer
