as long as you sit and watch you should be fine

then go slow and gradually build yourself up

uhh i know wut ur talking bout..i stopped working out for a few weeks and i just restarted yesterday
me legs are sore!!

Just go in and bust your butt! You will hurt after today but you will feel sooooo good!

Just don't over do it. Make sure you stretch before exercising, and gradullay work you amount of time spent excercising back up over time. Wish you the best!

Good luck. Try this, when I started up new at the gym, instead of doing sets of 3, I did 1 set each the 1st 2 weeks. The soreness was minimal and after the 2 week period I was able to blaze right on in.

You should go in guns a blazing. Pump your self to the max. It's the only way.

Aw, you can't anticipate your body hurting before you even go. Take the exercises nice and easy because if you start from the top, then you'll seriously regret it after working out. Make sure you don't overdo the exercises. If you're feeling like you don't know where to start, I'm sure you can ask for help from one of the employees there.

Be careful take your time don't try to do every thing at once because you will hurt not today but let me tell you when the pain sets in boy will you hurt.
