She will file, only if she receives a W2 or a 1099 from the church.
Those two forms are used to report income to the IRS.

If she does not receive one of those, she can disregard taxes.
If she does, she probably will claim herself as a dependent.

I suggest that she check with the office to learn how they handle it. Did she submit a W4 to the church?
