I don't like them, sure, but I've never gone running from them. I just think they're kind of stupid.

I think most people that have seen poltergeist really hate clowns. I know I do. My daughter has a clown from Gymboree but thats the only clown she has seen. I dont want to prejudice her judgement so I dont tell her I dont like it. But she loves and kisses her Gymbo every day.

I hate clowns, there creepy!! My sis in law hired a clown for her son's b-day party and she ended up being drunk (I guess maybe that is why her name was lemon drop) when she got there and sent her home!!

each of these terrified me when i was a kid.
Never liked them. There have been some scary movies with clowns and remember John Wayne Gacy had a part time job as a clown.

i had a buddy who is afraid of clowns....one night....i had a friend cut the power in my house when me and the "clown"scared friend were hanging out........then i had a third friend dress like a clown....and come into the room and then had 2nd friend throw the power back on......OH BOY! what a scream
..."Killer Clowns from Outer Space" turned me against them forever. Imagine the horror of being turned into a cotton-candy cocoon.

I hate clowns and always have. When I was about 7 or 8, I went to a baseball game and Ronald McDonald was going around and "saying hi" to the kids. I was so scared that I started crying and couldn't stop.
Most children are afraid of clowns!!! Look at the babies that scream when mothers put them on Santa's lap!!! duh we teach children not ot go to stranger and then set them on the fat mans lap!!! How scarey is that!!!
