How do you feel about eating meat, drinking milk or having cheese from the offsp!

I hope that somewhere SOON down the line consumers do 2 things:

1) Force Genetically Modified and/or Cloned food products to be labelled.

2) Actively Boycott them.

I am not comfortable with cloned meat, milk, cheese, whatever.

The thing is, you see, you cannot find out if this stuff is good or bad unless you have a significant number of human guinea pigs eating the stuff for a significant number of years.

The numbers break down to several million people, and at least 25 years.

It's a long time to wait. Corporations will not want to wait to test something for that long.

Besides who will be the guinea pigs?

We're going to get this stuff shoved down our gullets. They will test US -- at their convenience.

And if in 20 years they find out is is poison, well, then they will say "Oops My bad", and take it off the market after a couple of years.

But what will WE the poor stuffed guinea pigs do?

Who will cure our cancers, ulcers, etc?

Who will pay for our health care?

Not the yuppie CEO's that's for sure!

I just read about that in the paper like 5 minutes ago, I'm kinda scared of it. Does cloning hurt the animals that they clone?

i don't even drink milk from normal cows.
i figure i'm not a calf, so it's not my business to be drinking it.

I'd eat cloned beef sooner than I'd eat cloned veggies any day.

I feel creeped out. They had that on the news today and when I saw that, I almost puked. I am a little freaked out about it. How about you?

Its very odd. How do we really know what is in that cloned meat???? If they can clone the properties of the speciman,,what else have they thrown in there???

My family is going vegetarian as soon as we eat the meat that is in our fridge/freezer. Because i'm not sure how God might feel about that and i'm afraid by the time the government tells us about cloned animals in the food chain that it will be too late. For those of you that say that vegetables have been cloned for years....vegetables don't have a soul....I really don't think people should try to improve Gods' work!! I don't think God is going to let us humans play that game for too long.

I don't like it at all. I saw that on the news yesterday and why would they even want to do that. This might be the time to stop eating meat unless it is organic. Scary.

Scary if all animal end up one genetic variety, such as most produce in the US already is. One example is green peppers. If a disease comes along food could be wiped out. I rather have nature take its course in mixing the genetic codes and evolving.

How about Rsbt in milk products (source: Outfoxed: Ruppert Murdocks war on Journalism). Do women's breast sizes increase while in the US, compared to when they are outside the US? A personal study says yes.
