No, but he doesn't tell me to do stuff, he asks me. There's a difference. Ask politely... "Baby, please" will get you just about anything you want.

I've been married for 28 years and I have never OBEYED my husband. The mere though of it makes me laugh. He would laugh too. I'm very independant and would probably just walk out.

He never puts me in a position where I have to necessarily "obey" him, but I try to always repsect him and tell him the truth and not go against what he believes. It's a 50/50 relationship, there are things that we disagree on but we discuss and come to a solution, there rarely are instances where one tells the other what to do.
