Common, ordinary mankind, which falls exactly in the (50%) hump of the bell curve, is not going to understand the wit and humor of sarcasm; as most of us P & S ers' fall on the extreme ends of the bell.

There are "trolls" everywhere.......People who hate to see anyone else have any fun. Their lives are miserable, so they want to drag everyone else down.
Actually I did last night and I left a comment. People really need to stop hating. We are here for entertainment, that's why its in the entertainment section. I think the most legit questions are actually put here, because we are not constricted with "subjects." And I like that better, which is why I put most of my questions here, unless its a lot more specific.
yes, one day i came across someone who said they rarely get the chance to ask or answer questions on here ,for all the reporting he was doing was too time consuming as it was.

Actually,the Forum is worst!. Everyone is arguing. I've yet to see a suggestion posted,that 2 people can agree on.

No. I don't care what anybody thinks of P&S. It's the only site I visit.
(shrugs) Most of that rant was coming from one guy. I've been hearing rumors about P & S's demise for almost a full year...ain't gonna happen. Advertising pays for this site, and Yahoo isn't about to demolish its most popular section because one guy has the Guidelines embroidered on his favorite pillow.

"Polls and Surveys needs to be either monitored much more closely, or eliminated entirely. The inmates have been allowed to take over the asylum completely. It has turned into nothing more than a chat room, with people knowingly asking the most frivolous questions imaginable. People openly scoff about the guidelines and constantly break them knowingly, often preening about how sly they are in doing it.
The people who frequent P&S show no respect for Yahoo or the purpose of Yahoo Answers by disregarding the rules and turning P&S into a gathering place to chat.
Why not eliminate it entirely? I mean, in theory EVERY category is already a poll or survey of sorts...you ask a question and get an answer.".......lol

Well it's really sad for them that they cannot accept us as we are. We are shunned by society in so many ways but we're strong people living off the land.

Here's the first comment about us that I found:
I have been reporting in a category that is rampant with abuse. There are questions like "How do you like your eggs cooked", "Have you ever eaten prickly pears" and many jokes & chatting. None of the questions pertain to the category at all. I went into the resolved question section and most of the questions that was reported (lots of them) were in there. I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels if these questions that are blatant disregard of the rules get resolved. Could someone from YA! please explain this to me? Thanks.

I haven't visited the forum, but I like to start my day by skimming thru Home > Yahoo! Products > Yahoo! Answers and blocking from there. Haterade? At breakfast? Oh yes, they are locked and loaded with P&S complaints.

I STRONGLY urge you to go and see who is crying, and block them before they can remove their comment. It appears that some of our trolls dont mind putting their name on a comment.
