Your avatar looks really 's nice. For me it is a hot shower in the morning, brushing teeth, getting a few hot cups of coffee inside me... going out on the front porch taking a few deep breaths, enjoying the peace an tranquility which an early morning gives and finally reading the morning paper in this peaceful time. These things really rejuvenates and refreshes me.
