Nope, i use to be able to like 5 years ago, but thanks to my IBS(irritable bowel syndrome) I can't. I have to constantly watch what i eat.
No I'm just not that lucky, but I know a few people whosem to be able to eat almost anything without gaining a pound or 2. I guess it al comes down to genes, meaning how well your metabollism is geared to work.
