EDIT: i have a current temp of -11 degrees outside and a windchill of -31 so tell me is ur cold as bad as my cold
well it would really only be warmer in the other seasons..since they would melt som ice and it would spread out evenly, and cause the general water temp to lower so when its winter itll be colder...hmm it makes sense in my brain :(
