FedEx, the UPS man here is CRAZY!!! No joke!

And my friend worked for UPS and says they are horrid to the packages.

My hub works at UPS lol ... if you only knew how they toss around the packages.

UPS is so much better, nicer people!

best of luck to you!

On FedEx trucks there's an arrow between the E and the X !!!

Honestly i would agree with the other guy that said ups is slower i would go with fed/ex man all the way there alot better then ups i hate ups and usps.United State Parcel Service hope this helps you out

UPS

ups they take more carfullness in your package

Fed x will not leave your stuff on the front porch like ups

With my job I work with both, so I prefer UPS. Fedex will lose a package and blame the customer.

I've had problems receiving packages from FedEx. They'll sometimes just leave a package at the residence if nobody is home, out in the open for anyone to see and grab, which people have done on occasion.

The only time UPS is slower is if the person sending it doesn't use the faster service they offer.

Both have their cachet. UPS is more homegrown; fedex is more urban.

i dont trust UPS at all!!!

UPS will leave your S**t on the front porch....

UPS, because at least they know where they are suppossed to deliver to. I have been having problems with FEDEX delivering my work uniforms to me.

Anyway, I have this evil plan to corner the shipping industry. I am going to buy UPS and FedEx and combine the two companies. I would then have a slogan as, "When the Post Office just can't seem to get it right and you are about to lose it, get FedUP!" Yes, my company would be called FedUP!

UPS.

My company was with FedEx for a long time and their percentage of "missed shipments" (lost, late, unnecessary delays at customs, etc) was unjustifiably high, so we switched.

Since switching to UPS, not only is their miss rate alot lower, I enjoy their website more, and their customer service is much more helpful (in my opinion).

It really depends on what you need to do and how quickly you need it done.

Documents overnight in the U.S. ? = Fed Ex (faster, better customer service)

Package quickly but not necessarily overnight = UPS (cheaper)

International shipment of documents to someplace "safe" (1st world / G8 type destination) = Fed Ex (better customer service)

International shipment of package(s) to someplace safe = UPS (cheaper)

International Shipment of ANYTHING to someplace "dicey" (3rd world or essentially someplace other than Canada or Western Europe) = UPS (much better "connections" with customs around the world, much more experience doing international shipping)

FedEx all the way! Well, really Im not sure which one is better. But if you look at the e in Fed you can see a spoon in the curvy part of the bottom and in Ex there is an arrow created in the bottom half of the e and the x... so its pretty awsome.
