Separating if possible, your work items, bills, and office items from your bedroom will allow your mind to focus on sleep and relaxation. Isolation is key.

It seems, like me, you leave your computer on even when you go to sleep. If so, then you should set a timer to force a shutdown of your computer at a preset time (I assume you are using Windows XP, I am, hehe).
I have one set up and it always catches me off guard. And once off, I am too lazy to turn the computer back on.
