&142.07 and I live in a small one bedroom apartment. How outrageous. I also conserve energy with the special bulbs that last a long time and don't use much electricity, I keep the heat down to 65 degrees or even a little lower. I put sealing strips in between and around the windows, caulked them, have ac covers, always shut the lights out. Just live with one lamp on and of course I have a microwave, stove and refrigerator plugged in. I cook in the microwave and my toaster oven. I even bought outlet insulaters and my bills are this high. I have one TV but the apartment is all electric. :-( How are we supposed to get by, especailly those of us who can't afford much of anything? It's a bad situation for us all.
