Should criminals have the same 'rights' as everyone else...?!

No. You lose some Rights when convicted of a crime(s) as part of your punishment and to protect innocent people.
Any one has the ability to behave in a criminal way if in the right circumstances. So why if they do. Do we label them and tell them that for the rest of there lives they are going to find it very hard to succeed in life. They then are more likely to re- offend. There should be more done to rehabilitate these people.
Depends on the criminal and their crime. Dangerous criminals (rapists, murderers, Paedophiles etc) shouldn't get any rights.

No they should lose all their rights. And if they have been accused of paedophilia or rape they should have no human rights either.
