I do running and long walks as well as working in my gardens all seven of them.

I go to the power house gym and jog and lift weights.

i'm in college and i enjoy the campus gym. any cardio exercises there.

Breath is about the most exercise I do..

I lift weights periodically throughtout each day--I'm a hermit and rarely leave the house. I also have some cardio machines here and sometimes--when my cute gym clothes are clean--I'll go to the gym.

Well, last year my Cyber Trainer had me on a walking program. And every other day, I did some weight lifting. I was getting excited because I lost weight and he gave me encouragement. Unfortunately, he changed jobs and we don't interact anymore. And of course, I fell off my exercise plan. I miss him.

Jogging (everyday)
Dance (2 hours everyday)
Cheerleading (once a week)

Carrying cases of ding dongs in from the car & lifting them to my mouth

well im in high school so gym every other day and i play ddr for hrs every day

For exersice i do: running, walking, jumping and some times of week i go to the gym.

I try and do the elyptical for 30 minutes everyday on my lunch break at work....unfourtunatly today I'm really hungry and Im going to TG.I. Fridays!!!!!!

I got rid of my remote control so I have to physically get up and turn the channel. Sadly, that means I watch a lot more "That's so Raven" than I ever intended to!!

First, I get a healthy frame of mind in the morning. I then take my 2 Jack Russells walking every morning and evening. My daily housework is enough excerise after that :)

I alternate right mouse, left mouse reps.

Lots and lots of walking. But not much in winter time because I hate being cold.
