It's not an egg or chicken problem, it's a cooking problem.

Trying cooking them like this:

Put water into pan and place over burner. Once bubbles begin to form, put eggs in and cook for 15 minutes. When 15 minutes is up, take eggs off heat and rinse in cold water, and peel.

This is my method and my husband swears by it for easy peeling.

The egg it happens to every one don't worry.

Try opening the egg under running cool water. It helps get the shell off without ripping the white to shreds.

I think it might be a user malfunction. (Sorry XD)

But try changing the amount of time that you boil the egg for, it might help.

make sure you boil the eggs after they are at least 3 days old,let cool completely,and roll them in a paper towel, that usually works for me

You must be using fresh eggs. That tends to happen with fresh eggs. Try buying your eggs a week in advance, and then boil them.

I use to have the same problem. Try putting a little vinegar in the water before you start boiling the eggs. About 2 cap fulls. You don't taste the vinegar, but it helped me.

I had the SAME problem and also posted a question. I'm at a higher altitude now so I found from my answers that I needed to boil the eggs a little longer, starting with cold water and bringing it to boil with the eggs in it. Adding a little salt to the water helps. Then after boiling a few minutes longer and using "not as fresh" eggs, I was told to immerse the eggs in ice cold water to cool and then peel under cool water. Worked much better. Still had one that stuck, but maybe it was a fresher egg! LOL! These boiled eggs can be so frustrating!
