Depends on the situation. If I know what I'm doing and/or feel comfortable I'll lead.

I'm a leader. That way, I don't trip over the bodies of the followers who dropped along the way. LOL
depends. if i know something about it, im a leader. if i dont, i'll follow until i can do it better. lol
I like to think I'm a leader ..... I only follow when I have no where else to go.

I need to follow before I can lead to understand what is needed to be done. When needed, I become a leader, when there are things needing to be done, I become a leader, but if someone else wants to lead, then will allow follow them, as long as they are not heading us in the wrong direction.
Depends. If I'm angry I am a leader. But usually I'm willing to let someone else lead.
leader when i know what the situation is like. If it something like coach a football team, i would be a follower. But if its something like be class president i would be a leader.
