Answers: 1) 10,000 in a wallet with no ID
2) 10,000 in a bank pouch
3) 10,000 in a plain envelope,no ID or anything in envelope.

1) I will kept the money because you don't know who drop it becuase you don't have the identification

2) I will show some intergity and return the money back to the bank

3) I will keep the money for myself becuase I don't know who drop the money and there is no id

I would turn it in to the police station, of course!

I'd turn it in. If no one claimed it I'd get it regardless, but I wouldn't want to take something that didn't belong to me unless I knew I'd done everything I could to return it. There's no joy in spending stolen money.

Temptation.....

Since there's no ID in any case I guess I'd just have to deal with the fact that the rightful owner could not be found and grudgingly deposit the money into my checking accoiunt.

it depends on where i find it...i found $100 on the floor at my business...and the guy called me...I graciously returned his money...and he ended up giving me $20.00 for my honesty. if no one claims it...then its mine

turn it in to cops,
do the right thing
good karma
and maybe a reward on earth?

Keep all 3.

1. report it to the police
2. go to the bank give it to them
3. keep it

id turn it in. If some1 was so stupid as to loose 10,000 dollars then they obviously dont giv a crap so they wuldnt claim it within 90 days so id get the money anyway.

I would deposit 3 different amounts in three different banks ( since they get iffy if you deposit so much. I would even 4th it and place the rest in a credit union. I would wait 3 months for someone to come looking for it, and spend it if no one shows.

I would put at least 30% into charity.

Hand in half to the Police....

turn it in to the police...hope nobody claims it and hopefully get it given to me....i wouldn't want to just take it....my luck it'd be from a robbery or something and i'd go to jail....

1) turn it in...working person lost it
2) turn it in...small struggling business
3) keep it....its drug money....

I'd be 30,000 dollars richer !

1.) I would hold onto it for a while, or ask businesses in the area if anyone had come forward looking for it. Maybe post an anonymous ad (no address) in the paper and leave an email address where someone could contact me and "describe it and the stuff in it" to see if it was theirs. If no one came forward within a month, I'd feel really bad for the person, but deposit the money.
2.) Look up the bank, tell them I had it, and return it. Banks have a way of tracking the money that belongs to them. Also, I have a conscious and would feel impelled to "do the right thing".
3.) I would think GOD dropped it in my way, and pay off my debt, and try to do something nice for someone else to "pay it forward".

I would turn them all in to the police. I couldn't live with myself if I just kept it.
God will bless me in the long run for my honesty.

1) look for any possible item in it that could indicate who it belonged to. If I found anything, I would try to return it w/ the money to the owner. If absolutely nothing, I would keep it and watch the news to see if anyone was searching for it. I'd have trouble just keeping it w/o trying to figure out who lost it. It could be someones livelyhood.
2) Look at the name of the bank pouch, go to that bank and investigate until I figured out who lost it, give it back.
3) Hmmm, no hopes of figuring out in this situation, have to keep it.

1) Leave an add in various papers asking that the wallet be specifically identified, and i'd have them tell me how much was in wallet.

2) Contact the bank on the front of the pouch.

3) I'd probably run an add that reads something to the effect, "I've found a large sum of money. Please call to identify what it's in, and tell me how much there is, in order to claim."

I'd never hand it over to the police department. Even if it were never claimed, you probably wouldn't get it back yourself. Someone at the department would "claim' it for themselves.

1. Give to local Police
2. Give to local bank
3. Give to local police

1. keep it
2. keep it
3. keep it.
What do you think I am some kind of moron? If I dropped a wallet containing $10K, I would not expect it to be returned!!!

I' d do what my higher power taught me. although thats a lot of money to some what if it was some ones life savings and they were relocating and dropped it ahhhhhh can you say destitute and homeless. Karma is a beotch but it is very positive when you do whats morally right. What ever you do make sure you can live with the consequences no matter what they might be. The saying goes it comes back three fold
no demonic you just cant spell J/K

Since it has no ID on, it belongs to nobody at that stage and since it does not belong to me I would give the money for charity or a church, or I would start a small business which could create jobs for unemployed people (which is a problem in my country) or whatever is laid on my heart at that point to do with it. I would not turn it in to the local police office. Not in my country though.

keep it. i have a lot of bills i need to pay for. college loans, car payments, etc.
