How sick and sad and prophetic is this?!
Question: i was looking up info on the tragic death of Heath Ledger and came across a site that is actually taking bets on which star is dying next. And on things like not IF she will go this year bu when and how Britney Spears will die. To me that is sick and grossely obnoxious that people actually get a thrill over talking about someone dying - who's not even dead yet. i am not a Spears fan - but to me that is just wrong. Am i alone in this feeling - are we so jaded in this society that someones life is fodder for us to specualte on what "celebrity" way they will die?

I agree with you, that's just sick and too twisted to wrap my head around. People forget that celebs are human with flaws and families who love them. (oops...got on my soapbox, didn't I? "scuse, please)

I think the way the media are hounding Britney is atrocious, they really should leave the poor girl alone, as if her heart isn't broken enough at losing her boys in the custody battle, I just wonder whether this is tipping her to far , bless her.
I don't have any idea who Heath Ledger is, or how he died, but just reading the answers to some of the questions he was much loved and admired, but more than anything else he was someones child and it is just so sad.
That's just wrong!!!
